Our trustee Lynn very kindly had a clothing and bric-a-brac stall at Stardom Agility fun pet show and raised £35 pounds for us, enough to spay two dogs in Romania, so every penny really does make a difference.
We have several dogs in foster this month please go to our website and take a look at www.rags-2-riches.co.uk you may know someone that is looking for that special companion.
To everyone that donates monthly to us your support is greatly appreciated even £1 a month soon adds up, we primarily use this money for food for the dogs, when Nicoleta and Florentina send us an SOS as they have completely run out of food, we can help because of you, thank you.
Rags 2 Riches recently donated the funds to pay for a spay and neuter campaign in Valcea the cost of this was £2162, every penny well spent as it prevents thousands of unwanted puppies, we bring over as many dogs as we are able but the real solution to the Romanian dog problem is prevention of unwanted litters.
Lastly, next month will be a busy one as our Trustee Dawn is holding one of her fabulous pre-loved clothing sales, put the date in your diary 19th April, Welburn village Hall.

Each month Rags to Riches sends money to assist with the huge vet bills the volunteers in Valcea incur. this money comes from monthly subscriptions. These vary from £1 to £20. To subscribe please arrange with your bank or PayPal and mark as subs.
